SAW Chemical / Biological Sensors

SENSeOR, the world-leading provider of acoustic wave based sensor systems, is now proposing a prototype a new development kit to allow the efficient development of respective chemical and biological sensors. The Kit is a universal and adaptable plate-form to speed the development of highly sensitive coatings which react with very high sensitivity and selectivity to the presence of the media to be detected.

SENSeOR has developed the SAW Microbalance Development Kit 2 (SAW-MDK2) with the objective to offer an optimal development tool for laboratory use. SENSeOR is in the process of adding additional novel capabilities – and is configured to develop custom optimizations and custom products.

SENSeOR is your partner with unique expertise in SAW design and related microelectronics to achieve optimal performances of the sensors and of complete horizontal solutions in partnership with its client partners.

SAW Microbalance Cartridges

The SAW Cartridges are composed of a thermistor and two delay lines, one usable as reference and the other to be functionalized by a coating which is sensitive to the media to be measured. They are proposed within the SAW-MDK2 demonstration kit or can be used directly connected to a network analyser (SMA connectors provided on the cartridges)
