SAW Stress / Pressure Sensors

SENSeOR’s SAW stress sensors have been designed thanks to our unique simulation tools allowing a selection of the better material cuts and properties.
The SAW technology offers a unique solution for wireless stress and pressure measurements on wide ranges of applications, with better performances than “classical” piezoresistive strain gages
The principle of the sensor is based on resonators, a differential structure being chosen for optimal performances: the stress / pressure sensors include a SAW temperature sensor in order to compensate with temperature variations over the measurement range.

In order to give you an easy way to assess the full potential of this innovative technology, SENSeOR has build demonstration kits including temperature, stress/pressure, or chemical/biological sensors. The kits are delivered with monitoring software for real-time analysis on a laptop.
